The Neil Porter Legacy (NPL) is a registered not-for-profit/charity dedicated to improving career education and pathways for young people across south-west Victoria. We’re proud to again host the 2026 South West Careers Expo in partnership with the Warrnambool and District Careers Teachers Association — giving local industries the chance to inspire and connect with a possible future workforce.
The Expo is free for schools and exhibitors, but it does take significant time and resources to run. By becoming a sponsor, your organisation helps make the event possible while also gaining strong community visibility through The Standard’s feature wraparound, Ace Radio live broadcast, event signage, and the NPL’s social media channels. If you’re a business attending the 2026 South West Careers Expo, you may like to consider sponsoring the event. The following options are available:
The NPL run this huge event annually in partnership with the Warrnambool & District Careers Teacher’s Association.
The 2025 expo was a great success! There were 66 businesses/organisations who took part as stall holders. 1267 students from 21 schools, education and services providers from 5 shires attended the day session. They learnt about exciting new careers from over 340 industry members who were happy to share information about their industries.
