This hands-on program allows students to experience a variety of trades and also discuss these trades with industry professionals. The first week of the program sees a builder help the students construct and install a wall frame. The builder then talks to the students about their job, pathways into it and answers any questions the students have. Subsequent weeks of the program follow the same format with a tradesperson assisting the students to complete another step of completing the wall. What Trade Are You? gives students a go of various trades and introduces them to industry members who can offer work experience, apprenticeships or employment.
