The Neil Porter scholarships are awarded annually with generous support from South West Tools and Industrial, Hip Pocket Workwear and Safety: Warrnambool, FSR Equipment, and South West Trophies and Sports.

The tertiary scholarship assists a student who has completed Year 12 and who intends to undertake a tertiary engineering degree. The scholarship recipient is awarded $2000 to pay rent, purchase text books and help cover other costs associated with undertaking an engineering degree.

The annual vocational scholarship provides a student with $2000 worth of tools, work wear and safety gear to begin their full-time apprenticeship. The recipient of this scholarship can have left school at any stage of the year and from any year level.

Applications for both scholarships close on December 1 annually.
